DOTA 2 was a Facepunch forum section which allowed users to talk about the game of the same name by Valve Software. Its main megathreads bore many similarities to the Team Fortress 2 forum section, including its general chat thread and media thread.

As a result of the 2014 forum section reshuffle, it was moved under the Games forum category. This section was destroyed as part of the 2015 forum section reshuffle, resulting in its contents being moved to the General Games Discussion forum section, where the megathreads largely consolidated into one eclipsing megathread. That megathread was later moved to the Team Fortress 2 forum section, which had been renamed to Valve Games Discussion, during the 2017 forum section reshuffle.
